I take it you want the index in a pdf or Word format so you can copy and paste it into your listings?
I think, doing a bit of searching, you're going to have to do the work yourself, one way or another.
You could purchase the index as someone has found for you and scan it into a Word doc if you have a scanner, but you'll still have to do the cuttting and pasting into each listing.
