How do I.......?

When some of you reply to a previous post, you copy some of it into a box to put in your message, could you please explain how I can do that? This sounds a bit daft, hope you know what I am on about! I've tried "copying" but nothing happens. Thanks for any replies. xx

there is a big  blue box with  QUOTE IN  lOOK TO THE RIGHT of the message box when you click reply

they changed the boards an we all had to find what was different,  it used to be a set of little "" marks

its the pic thing that irritates me, why cant it be bigger  or say  picture
