what breed is she?

She looks predominantly Indian runner to me, but the babies could be a mixture of Runners or Aylesburys, or any other concoction hubby has in the group.

I love the mix of colours. They are very cute. We went to Abbotsbury Swannery on Sunday to see the cygnets. They are so sweet when they are small & fluffy! We saw moorhen chicks too. They were funny as they have huge feet!

Ahh, aren't they lovely?!
We have a pair of ducks that come every year to the green just round the corner.
I've no idea why they come as there is no water there, no pond or anything but
they must like it as they've been every summer for years now. They must go to
the little pond up the road for their watery activities and to the green for grass
nibbling and nosey activities!

They're lovely CG. We sometimes get ducks waddling up the drive. There's no water round here either. We have a dam about a mile away from where I live and there are a load of ducks there. The traffic has to wait whilst they cross the road with their little ones. You can see everyone going 'Aaaaaaaahhhhhh'.

No, not these ones stan, the girly ones will lay nice dippy duck eggs and the boy ones will make more little duckies. They won't have enought meat on them for more than one spring roll each. You need a nice big Muscovy or Aylesbury for eating.
