We had beef salad for tea.  For lunch, we had a hotpot each with some mixed veg.

we had carvery at lunch time so cheese and biscuits for him and scrambled egg on toast for me..

I have just spoilt myself............. and got a chinese takeaway.......... well I havent eaten for about two weeks with the flu........ I shovelled it in my gob like it was the last supper.

hubby kept looking at my plate......waiting for the left overs......... I would have stuck my head in a wood-chipper before I gave any of it up.......

head is still intact.
