pre op tomorrow, I'm just worried they won't do my op if my weight had gone over the limit...gawd I hope not. I've tried so hard to loose weight but with the thyroid and diabetes, I'm fighting a losing battle....

no Stroppy....didn't you say you are going down to theatre this week..Friday was it? I must admit I want it as soon as possible. I've had enough of this pain now.

They said possibly Wednesday, possibly Friday, but it all depends on theatre time and bed availability - no guarantee. The bed situation is always difficult as I have to have a side room and be barrier nursed as they don't want me to spread my orrrible bugs to anyone else.

Stroppy, I hope that you manage to have your op this week.

I have to go to the hospital on Friday afternoon about the sking cancer.  Just got to wait and see what they say.  I've still not told Steph.  I'll ring her on Friday evening and tell her then.

Books, don't worry until you need to.  OH has had 2 skin cancers removed this year, both very slow growing and taken off "just in case".  BIL had a melanoma removed earlier this year but luckily that hadn't spread.

Now you all be good and cause plenty of hassle in those hospital beds.
