I was weeding in the garden today, and I slipped a bit on the border I was weeding.....

I has hurt my hoof that I had operated on in Dec. It hurts as if I've sprained my ankle....

I got told off by OH for doing too much...which is rich seeing he's just volunteered us both to walk someones dog for them while he is ill!!!!!!

Please get it seen to if it's still giving you pain in the morning, & as been said hot & cold is the thing for a sprain & also elevate yer hoof! Hope ya feel better soon.
