Yes that was him.  He mumbles a bit!  It's weird, him being on the radio.

He sounded fine fishie, I expect it makes you very nervous, I wouldn't be able to stammer a word!  My son was on one of these TV programmes where they buy a house at auction, do it up and sell it.  I recorded it and kept it about 5 years and then the sky box went wrong and I lost it.

He's been on Essex Radio before, talking about his walk of the Essex coast

and the book he's written about it, but never on national radio!  I didn't know

whether I wanted to listen or not 'cos it made me nervous!

He said that actress and writer who was on the beginning of the show is a

really nice lady, very down to earth and lovely to talk to.

Yes rsjlew he was.  I expect he'll have it on iplayer as soon as he gets home, he's gone

to football now.
