Help Stinky kitchen any ideas

Having had Trout for tea that hubby caught today I now have a stinky kitchen, any old wives tales on how to get rid of smell or anything that works please.  Woman Sad

try the usual raw half onions laying on saucers,  or try burning  candle

If it is your crockery and cutlery that still smell fishy clean them with toothpaste.

If you cooked it in the microwave, cut a lemon in half and put it in a jug of water, nuke for 2 mins to freshen up the microwave.

If you cooked it on the stove, do the same but in a pan of boiling water.

 

No lemon?......open the kitchen doorgiggle smiley.gif

Put some cloves and cinnamon sticks, citrus peel, bay leaves and anything else you have around in a saucepan of water and simmer for a bit.   That should cover the smell. 

 

Personally I prefer the smell of fish to that of commercial air fresheners!
