Daughter made an enormous cake and we had 9 slices and that only used a third of it, so daughter took a third home and son took a third home because we wouldn't eat it.   The bottom and top layers were vanilla sponge and the middle layer was chocolate fudge and it was decorated with chocolate butter cream and loads of candles.  The heat was unbearable!!
