Tonight, Matthew, I'm going to be having a beef and tomato casserole. Tomorrow will be interesting: it's a "lucky dip" from the freezer, where the label's fallen off.

We've not long since had beef stew and mixed veg. Very yummy it was too.

I had fish and chips for lunch and he had macaroni cheese, so for tea we just had rolls, and we started on a big boozy filled Christmas pudding and custard!

Garlic prawns with salad and freshly made granary roll for lunch.
Dinner this evening will be moussaka - cook has never made it before, but is going to give it a try. She is also trying a sugar-free lemon and lime mousse. It will be interesting to see how it turns out.
