Bowl of oxtail soup and a toasted cheese sandwich.  Off back to work later so I might pick up a sneaky cholate bar but don't tell anybody........................

We had pan fried cod  (I always wonder how else you CAN fry something???) nakeds and frozen peas, then trifle.

a lovely big piece of smoked cod loin with a chucky egg on it. mash, and peas. I really enjoyed that and it was ready in 10 mins.
