I'm not sure of CG circumstances but I suspect because the cow was probably classed as beef not dairy& had not calved.
I'm sure she'll tell us, the other point would be as she ( the coo) was three years old she would have been classed as a cow not a heifer, great shame. Not only lost her coo but the price of it would also be poor as well!
You should be OK as your in milk , just make sure your TB test is up to date or the ministry ( Defra) will be on your tail, pardon the pun! lol. Sam.
