It is a lovely view 🙂

Help needed again. Buying a wide angle lens for OH canon eos. Can stretch to a canon one, what more economic brand would do the trick??

Thanks in advance.

This photo was taken at Hunstanton Sea-life centre last year. Big Spider Crab.  Apologies if piccy is huge, it's ages since I last used photobucket.

Re: FHG Photography Thread

Hi All, I am new to digial photography any suggestions of where's best to start in finding help re uploading, sharing etc. There is a mine field of info about and I find it all confusing. I have some photos on Kodak Gallery and didnt find it easy getting them off their to upload into basic uploader, lots of fiddling about.

I was ok with my printer and disk uploading, but since having new computer with windows 7 I need to download the software again as its not compat with windows, arghhh the messing about when you get a new computer...

Any help gratefully received

Re: FHG Photography Thread

I have a Nikon D90 and need a decent lens for close up photography, I need to photograph some items about 2 inches high. I am totally confused by the number of lenses on offer, is micro the same as macro etc. Can anyone suggest a suitable lens that will fit the D90 camera body. Thanks

Re: FHG Photography Thread

I would use the standard lens if you have the macro facility on the D90 (usually a flower symbol on the dial)

The other lenses to look out for are sigma/tamaron are cheaper than the nikon and give just as good images you will need to go for something like 24mm up to 100mm,, like I say the kit lens i have (d5000) gave good results on the macro setting,, I am guesing your kit lens will give simular results..

As for micro lens until today never knew they exsited 😉

Re: FHG Photography Thread

M 1/3200 F4 ISO 200

A 1/100 F8 ISO 200

Don't know which round this will post these but the lighter one is F8 and is over exposed,, don't know if it is a camera problem or a lens problem

Sorry guys just testing something out as there have been reports of glitches with attachments showing in the reply window in here.

I tried on another ebay forum and it took two attempts to get picture/photos to show 😐
