More often than not I do. I have bluerries with my breakfast and I will have a banana, an apple and an orange as well. We tend to have veg a few days a week as well.

I'm on to my third glass of red and had chilli cheese on my tacos..oh and a strawberry - just the one though don;t want to overdo it...well it is my birthday

i probably manage 4 on a regular basis some days more

most days i get 4 or 5 btu some days its more
a chopped apple and banana on my breakfast
some days blueberries too
several veg with a main meal

5 a day? At my age I am lucky if I get 1 a week!

Some times only 1 or 2, but at other times can be as much as 10. Depends what we're having. Can't be doing much wrong though, as no health issues. I don't think it has to be strictly 5 per day - as long as it averages out.

I just wonder, who decided it was "5 a day", why not 4 or 6? Is there a scientific reason?
