Due to medication, a friend has been told by doctor not to eat any green leaf vegetables
She asked about cauliflower florets and was told not to eat those either.
She then asked about red cabbage, and doctor was totally stumped by that one.

you can google which foods are worse than others

I've just come off a six month course of Warfarin and the only thing I was told NOT to eat at all was cranberries. I could eat any greens in moderation. I realise everyone is different though.

My mum's on warfarin and she was told not to eat brocolli, cranberries, spinach and sprouts. My mum eats cauliflower about four or five times a week and her INR is fine at the moment.
