Gasp gasp, I'm not that keen to have it huggles but it's better than the alternative that I was scared they'd find. I was having injections in my stomach to prevent them, now I'm having them to get rid of them. I have to have them every day for ................................................................................6months:_|
Let me know how hubby got on.:-)

Goodness, that's bad luck 😞 But as someone said, it's good that they've been diagnosed & are being treated
Your cheeriness will help you recover
Sending (((gentle hug))) xx

Unless it's changed from a couple of years ago, the injections are to get it in the system quickly until the tablets you're presumably getting as well, build up in the system. Then it's tablets ( and blood tests ) for 6 months 🙂

Sorry to hear that you've got to have those injections for 6 months CG. When my mum was first diagnosed with her heart condition in 2011, she had to have those injections daily but it was only for 11 days. After that, they put her on warfarin which she's still taking and will do so for the rest of her life.

Well perhaps I've got it wrong. I'm having injections at the moment and he said something about 6 months. I'm on warfarine tablets as well, starting today. but I'm sure he said they would teach me to do it.:O Hope not!
