we were on our way to the village firework show tonight and all of a sudden a little Staffie shot past me, up and down the road she went, and I scooped her up to stop her. She was shaking like a jelly poor thing. OH went into the pub to see if they would hold her until her owner turned up, but as I was sitting on the bench outside with her cuddling her and talking to her, she was starting to relax a bit, someone said she lived right opposite!!!!! her owner shouted her, I put her down and she ran like a rocket.
Evidently she gets out a lot. but I mean, wouldn't you make sure she couldn't get out when there are fireworks about???????
as she came running down the road, I was like a rugby player...bend down scoop up the dog...result!!!

Hopefully the owners were trying to keep her in and she just got spooked and managed to escape , othrwise booo on them

We had some fireworks at the back just across the valley this evening. You can see Molly's reaction to them...........
Lottie wasn't too keen but nowhere as bad as usual. She soon did a runner when she saw me with the iPad though!
