Had to go to the doctors again today after having a splitting headache and pains in my eye sockets and face yesterday and then being really sick last night. Have to take antibiotics for a sinus infection. i think the doctor is still concerned about my heads and told me if it does not go i am to go back. I told her this was different from a migraine this time. You know those horrible heads you get when its your sinuses blocked somewhere??. My fault for not going to the docs when i had a chesty cought the other week. Usually they go on their own,,, must be my age.

I think some think i have got two heads!!!!!!!. I meant to say there are a lot of nasty bugs going around so keep yourself warm especially when you go out!!!. BUGS are horrible LOL.

Dark chocolate is fine, and even better dark chocolate with chilli and lime - now that really clears out the sinuses
Rose try Otravine, it is a squirty thing that you put up your nose, I get bad sinuses everytime I get a cold and nowadays they don't prescribe anti biotics, unless the mucas is green, yuk. I think you can get it on prescription if you don't pay, or you can buy it off the shelf.
Another thing is to sniff salty water, but I have never tried that myself, but hubby has. think you would need to ask Doctor about that though
Hubby had his cleared out and the bone broken in the top of his nose to make the hole bigger, because he suffered really badly, but they only do that as a last resort, he doesn't get it at all now.
Ooooh feel funny now just thinking about it.
CB is right stay away from dairy because it helps to stimulate the mucas membrane and pruduces more mucas.
