What a bad day

Just found out today that my Brother will never walk again after breaking his back. Like me he has been plaqued with health issues since his early 20's and now this. I'm feeling really upset for him. It's about time we had some good news for a change...

baking again......

I've just made a blackcurrant shortcake to take into work.it smells lovely in the kitchen....cake. it smells even better in the hallway...pork chop!! oooooh that was a good 'un, I tried cooking it in a different way and it was lovely.

Christmas goodies
