Back to normal????????????

Now that the official festivities are over is it back to "normal" for you?

As I dont start my new job until 6 January I am still officially "on holiday".

Later today I shall be taking my son over to his dads for the weekend. I shall spend the weekend as any other weekend - housework etc.

Son will be home on Monday or Tuesday and then we are going out to a Harvester for NYE.

So for me, I am sort of back to normal (ish)

I shall be using this time wisely.....doing a bit of a "spring clean" then checking through the freezer to see what I have, what can be used, what I can cook and freeze

A normal weekly shop to do later to take me over the weekend.

Normal you say ! Doubt it very much unless I have taken ill.

Never been normal nor am ever likely to be   .

Not back in work until the 3rd then off for the weekend and then into the classroom for two days to listen to someone telling me how to do my job ! I am afraid it is one of those obligatory things where as professional drivers we must have a drivers CPC to continue to do the job we have done for years without having a card to say we have been to school but must have now.

LOL RC....that's why I put the word normal in " "  !!!!!!!

The world has gone far too far in all this extra "tuition" - mind you when I was caught speeding 35 in a 30 zone (just following the flow of traffic) I went to "speed school" and to be totally honest - even four years later....something at the back of my mind keeps me within the speed limit whereever I am driving.

Back to normal,,,,, LOL,,, i wish i was,, i cant even remember when i changed into abnormal ha ha ha ha ..

I went into work this morning to do my cleaning,, did not feel like getting up though urgggghhhhh.

Back to work this morning, same **** different ***.

Never mind off again till Thursday.  Everything else was normal for the last 2 days anyway, cooking. cleaning. walking the dogs the only thing different were the presents and richer food, oh and a ton of chocolate.

Back to work for me as well, didn't want to go out in the gales this morning, but needs must.
