Any "leaper's" out there?

A "Leaper" is somebody whose birthday falls on 29th. of February.  Any famous or not so famous leap year babies out there, and when do you celebrate your birthdays?

Re: Any "leaper's" out there?

I used to know someone whose birthday was 29th February.

And my birthday was yesterday.

We have a few 'special day' birthdays in the family,  My mum's was 4th July (American independence day) my mother in law's was 25th December, my sister's is 5th November, and my granddaughter's is new year's day.  I have another relation on 1st January and one on St David's day (1st March).

Re: Any "leaper's" out there?

My son was due on 29th February, so should have been a leaper.

However he arrived a week early and will celebrate his 32nd Birthday on Monday.

Re: Any "leaper's" out there?

My late father's first son was born on the shortest day of the year - 21st December, so he lost out doubly - not only did he receive a combined birthday and Christmas present, as he got older birthdays cost him money, buying everybody else presents too! Man LOL

Re: Any "leaper's" out there?

My dad will be celebrating his 22nd birthday tomorrow!  He is sad that my mam is no longer here to be with him so he does not really want any celebrations.  However, we are going to take him out for the day as I feel sure he will enjoy the day more if he is out and about.
