Not a lot done today - spent most of the day dealing with a particularly fiendish 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle that I had already spent a lot of time on over the past three weeks. Finally solved the thing at 23.28! That was the slowest I've ever done a puzzle; usually takes me only 6 or 7 hours across three or four days to complete one.
The good news is that the jetsream is finally showing signs of shifting back to where it should be - north of the country. And I would say, from looking at the jetstream forecast ( Google it ) that things are looking somewhat better than the Met Office are suggesting... 🙂
Again, not a lot to report today; just about the most notable thing that happened was Yola trying a fried egg roll tonight - she's never eaten one before, or a fried egg sandwich! ( She liked it ).
