4:23am last night, the heat kept me awake.. had to wet a flannel with cold water and put it on my head to cool me down a bit!

Cke!  Really!  26°C is not seriously hot!  I'd call it comfortable...

For me, it causes heat-stroke 😞

Got the mobile money pit back from the garage today, new exhaust, couple of small repairs, fully serviced and MoT'd and of course treated with fungicide inside after the recent toadstool incident!

Yes Leo, toadstool incident.  I recently discovered a 3cm diameter toadstool growing in the driver side front footwell in my car... :_|

Your toadstool story made me laugh - reminded me of OH's student house. The lads didn't use one of the ground floor rooms because it was occupied, by their pet fungus. No kidding, this thing was an alien life form, all orange, pink, brown & frilly 😐

Common decency forbids me from telling anyone what it was named by the tenants - but It grew horizontally along the junction of a wall & the ceiling - from about 6" to a good 18 " in breadth over the tenancy :_|

Friday, just after getting back from work at about 7:45pm (work is from 9am-7pm), I started to feel a slight pain in my right shoulder.. this got steadily worse! Woke up the Saturday morning, I could not move it, without getting hit by a strong sharp pain!  My shoulder had swollen up and I have just spent the weekend and much of today, with ice-packs piled on it to try and soothe the pain away.

It's worked so far, though I am having to type this long monologue with my left hand... which is taking forever to say the least, especially as I am not left-handed.

Oh, and by the way.... ow!
