Used Evri as dictated by Ebay Parcel delivered yet still funds not released....

So after nearly two weeks ebay still do not release my money from a sale.

As dictated by ebay I sent a parcel through Evri and did everything ebay asked. 

Parcel arrives. Ebay software does not recognise it has. I speak to ebay customer service many times on the telephone. Some ebay staff can see its been delivered. Some can not. If you go on the Evri website you can see it has been delivered. 

Do I have to telephone and message ebay every time I sell something now to get my money? because that is what is happening.

Clearly many problems with the new system. Plus ebay make interest on  YOUR money in THEIR bank account untill ebay decides to give you your money.

I have been with ebay buying and selling over twenty years. They change things mainly for the worse. They dictate what they want you to do - yet they do not check all of their new systems actually work or are efficient. Ebay is the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with over the years. I simply can not see how they survive in the uk.

Needless to say I still do NOT have my money from ebay.

Yep fully agree. I stopped selling ages ago because of snide tricks like not releasing money or saying its been delivered when evri leave it on someone else's doorstep. All ill say is that it works both ways and you can get money out of ebay you just have to play them at their own game. 😉
