USB - C type advertised but USB - A type received

I ordered a USB - C type charging cable for a Samsung A14 5G, the charging cable was advertised as a USB - C type charging cable but USB - A type was delivered to me, the seller has accepted I can send it back even though he states it is a C type. The problem seems to be that some sellers dont advertise properly the part of the cable that plugs into the phone on a Samsung A14 5G is a c type, so sellers call it a USB - C type charger even though it is not a C to a C its a C to a USB -A. I can buy a long USB - A to Samsung A14 5G in the town centre as cheap as they are selling on ebay without waiting for delivery but I wanted a C to a C not a C to an A. Luckily the same problem cannot be made with an iphone as the part that plugs into the phone is not a c type. I think sellers need to be absolutely clear what is a USB - C type charging cable as the seller still claims it is a C type, image clearly shows it is a USB - A not what I wanted.
