Selling bespoke paintings on eBay.

I wish to sell bespoke pet portraits on eBay.  I have drafted an ad. but am foxed by how I get paid.  Buy it Now would infer that I get the money right now but that is imposible with a bespoke painting as it wont be completed until after I have a photo, have painted the portrait, which may take two weeks, and had the image accepted by my customer.   Any advice would be welcome.

The buyer send their photo at the same time of purchase and your delivery time would be set to allow for completion.

however you would need to register as a business seller.
