I have requested a report for all my personal data held by EBay, however half the reports either contain zero or states 'file couldn't be accessed'. (Customer support and communication report)

Why??

I have been told loads of rubbish over the last few weeks, and information witheld. I want all the info.

I had a similar experience with another corporation. Are any big businesses goo at meeting their legal obligations for the Data Protection Act 2018? If anyone has had a better experience, feel free to share it.
