Vacuum Ear Cleaner. The seller says there is no battery. But the picture shows a small battery in the plastic box and the list of contacts confirm this. I am no good at sending a picture of the box contents and it seems where once I could phone for help I can no longer do that. It is not a lot of money but returns have gone smoothly with a bit of help
