Obtaining a payment from my Private ebay Selling A/c credit

eBay seem to recently made it more difficult to obtain fund payment from my selling account balance.

I seem to correctly follow the convoluted instruction, but only manage to finally return to their original advice without success.

I hope I'm not the only simpleton that's experiencing this problem, but if I am can accept it!!

Can anyone help? I'm a private seller. Many thanks.

My eBay, account, payments, sign in, click the blue box showing your balance, withdraw to bank (enter the amount you want to withdraw), if it's not showing in the blue box yet you won't be able to withdraw it until it's there. Total funds is shown below, this is the pending amount that's not actually cleared into your eBay balance yet.
