It seems eBay in their infinite wisdom have decided to prevent direct contact between buyer and seller, you can no longer exchange details about your item I.e. letting them know you have shipped it and thanking them for their purchase in other words ebay have made the whole experience impersonal and the common courtesys are not allowed, they just.send you a message saying the buyer has reached out but you cant see their message. You can't see if they've had an issue. It puts people off giving good feed back or even buying again
