I had my account suspended and a dispute filed that item wasn't delivered however I provided tracking and the was picture of item being posted. Due to suspension and rules on buyers favour not getting changed as account suspended. On top of this £270 eBay will not pay me as not bank account and now suspended nothing can be done i have been told. Suspension was due to verification I'm told. When it was first suspended there were three parcels that had been purchased and I contacted eBay and asked if I send these out I will be paid for them and was told yes. Have now been told this wrong info. This is total robbery and surly eBay can't not pay me and keep my money!I have a shop as well with over £10,000 plus sales and 350 sale with 100% feedback.

same bank and adresss , names etc etc. 

what do I go from here?

I did go through this process and it varified me by taking me through my Santander phone app. But according to eBay this is not the case. They have basically told me on phone yesterday because no bank details and now account suspended there's nothing I can do and I won't be getting the outstanding funds of £270. Should be £300 with the amended dispute. I understand they have systems but surely they have cases where human can interviene and input my account details.

You do need  human intervention here,  as access to your account is needed for this you need to contact eBay Customer Services.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Not knowing the precise details, it is hard to comment but the one negative feedback and your apparent failure to respond to the buyer raises some red flags.

The one red is after I have been blocked and I till then it was 100%. EBay has failed to put a refund that they made after tracking was given and photo from Royal Mail proved that parcel was delivered. This is not regarding this account it is regarding Bizz-54 anyway

Unfortunately eBay person on phone has told me there is nothing they can do and my outstanding balance won't be paid as now account is closed there is no way of putting in bank account details.
