Feedback Policy

Back in July 2024 ebay stated on the announcements board that they would be making changes to the feedback policy. Although they have made changes to the policy and it clearly states that they will look at every feedback individually before they come to a decision. 

This is not the case, I have a neutral feedback I have gone through the process to have the feedback removed and with in 15 minutes I received an email stating that it had been declined. I rang ebay to challenge the decision and spoke to customer service who stated that he couldn't look into it properly because it locked him out of the system and he stated that if a customer service person looks at that feedback 2 or more times then system automatically locks them out & that the feedback wont be removed. I have provided evidence to ebay from the buyer himself who has taken some photos of the damage which is clearly shown on my listing photos. I was also told that when the back office staff are overwhelmed with feedback removal request they have the tendency of declining feedback in bulk very quickly, with out even looking into it.

So if you have feedback that you want removing ebay will decline it & there new feedback policy is nothing more joke.

Both the neutral feedback you have are much too old to revise/remove.
