Does GSP post to Switzerland?

Does GSP post to Switzerland, please? I have used GSP on and off for years (I do not post Internationally direct). I have been asked to add GSP to an item for a buyer in Switzerland.   I did, then said she could not bid.  So I added her as an 'exception bidder' and she bid on it but it doesn't show GSP on her screen.  She wants to win this, what can I do about it?  Any help would be appreciated.  Listing ends 29/12/24 but she will bid in the future.  I have checked and Switzerland is not barred on my countries preference list.  Many thanks
