Delivery

Hi. Hoping you can help. I have a number of items that have clearly been delivered as positive feedback has been given. However, they are not showing as delivered yet with the new eBay payment system are eBay going to pay me for these items or do I need to contact the buyer to ask them to amend this. How would the buyer amend to show the item is delivered. Thank you very much.

Buyers cannot mark as delivered.   If the tracking doesn't update (ebay really need to do something about this) your money will be held for 14 days and then released to you.

Hi, I have about four items which show Delivered with proof of delivery on the full tracking, but still not showing as Delivered by Ebay, I rang Ebay this afternoon and was told  there is a site problem which was being worked on , he spoke to the Payments department and  said the funds would be released but nothing happened so far......... anyone else having this problem, so annoying!!!!!!!
