DO EBAY ACTUALLY READ ANYTHING FROM MEMBERS

I listed a cd recently  BILITIS- FILM SOUNDTRACK CD.FRANCIS LAI/.The cover is of nudes so i changed it to a picture of a dalek to see what reaction i got from ebay. They immediately removed it stating

Your listing didn't follow our Protecting minors policy. We don’t allow listings that include images or descriptions of minors (under 18) in a compromising situation, even if the listing is not intended to be sexual in nature. Minors must be fully clothed.

I appealed and said i assume you never even looked at the picture that was posted and told them how i thought their service is just one big joke and said i reckon you will not even look at the appeal and i will get back a standard reply.AND I DID ,I GOT THIS..We reviewed your appeal of an action on your account. Upon further review, we’re unable to grant your appeal because the listings aren’t following our Protecting minors policy. We removed your listing as it contained a nude minor. We understand that you may not have been aware of this, however, eBay does not permit these items on the site due to the potential for misuse of children's images that is prevalent in the online world. We appreciate that you chose to utilize our site, but we ask that you please do not relist.WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AND HOW LAZY FOR A COMPANY THIS LARGE

At a guess....ebay know what the product was from the title (you may have even listed with an EAN?) so know from previous takedowns what is on the cover.

The policy doesn't just relate to what is on the listing but to what is on the actual item aswell.
