Buyer has put wrong address on label and will not collect from depot

Buyer has put an address on ebay label as a spar shop, Now claims shop will not accept the package. the package has been sent to post office depot. Buyer wil not collect. Wants me to redirect to another address. Is going away for a week

I doubt you can do anything.   Hopefully it will be returned to you eventually.   If the buyer selected the wrong address option you'd have to cancel and reilst for them to buy again with the correct address.   Or just cancel/refund and put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

Was this sent with Tracking? If so then the attempted delivery to the Buyer's Spar Shop address is recorded, and your job is done. Anything you do after that is a courtesy to the Buyer, who doesn't seem to have been very courteous to you! eBay will also protect you from the Negative Feedback left regarding delivery issues if you contact them for help and explain the situation.
