I just bought an HP Zbook from an American firm, and everything seemed to go smoothly until it arrived at the shipping hub, where a reported delay was supposedly resolved. It then experienced a first and second-dimension event before being returned to the sender.
I was refunded, but these conditions must be justified or explained.
Does anyone understand the difference between a first- and second-dimension event?
My teams defined the variables, but I needed to find out where they were used after several iterations to keep them the same. Also, how can I find the recipes where the variables were used?
