what is going on with ebay delivery times changing once purchased

Bit fed up with this

3 out of 4 items have done this now, i order with a 2 day lead time but they are being extended after purchase, one by 8 days

Purchase date is correct but the delivery is being changed

What is ebay doing about this?

Are you viewing the listing page after you've purchased? If so, the estimated delivery date is based on you buying now, so will change every day. The accurate (Ha!) date range is shown when you view the order details for your purchase.

Can you answer @davrman question.

Instead of not reading it and dismissing. They aren't wrong just asked a question. And correct in what they said, " If so, the estimated delivery date is based on you buying now, so will change every day. " also correct in saying the correct date is shown in the actual order. so where are you getting the delivery date from the order or the listing?

We may be able to answer you original query. Just need more details.
