Was the item sent from China originally? If it was sent from a UK address then it only needs to be returned to an address in the UK.
The seller needs to provide a prepaid return label, you don't need to pay for the return.
If you don't receive a prepaid return label then you can 'Ask eBay to step in and help' when that option appears (3 business days after the return request was opened) and they will then force the refund.
It is always best to refrain from leaving feedback until any dispute is resolved.
