Postage label incorrect weight

We have notice that the postage label is only 1kg . Parcel is 3 kg

If this is a current listing use the revise item link at top left of listing to increase the size of parcel in the postage section so the cost of postage goes up to the correct amount.

If it's a sold item you should cancel/refund the transaction and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.

Does the item have "Simple Delivery"? If so the label will (probably) be valid - let me know and which courier, and I (or someone) will hopefully let you know (why I think) why.
