"Located in London, UK"....but really located in China. Why does ebay allow this?

"Located in London, UK"....but really located in China. Why does Ebay allow this? You can find numerous examples out there in your searches. Marking Item Location "UK only" does nothing,.. neither does Ebay.

You can open an 'Item not received claim on eBay 1 day after the estimated delivery date and you have 30 days from the estimated delivery date within which to make a claim, so the earliest would be 26th September and the latest 25th October.
