Hi everyone.
As the title suggests,
I won an ebay auction (a laptop), now i asked the seller twice before and after the auction if it comes with a charger, but no response. 2 days go still no response, so i decide to check his page and see that he listed the exact same laptop again, same photos and description etc.
So i have had to open a cancellation as its obvious at this stage i am not getting the laptop..
Was just wondering if i can report the listing as its technically a duplicate?
Or can i not do anything else at this stage?

It's not a duplicate listing as the items have been listed at different times and not together.
Although I can see the doubt here, but the seller may just may have 2 identical items, so listing them at different times.
You sent a cancellation if there is only one item, the seller will be daft not to accept an refund, but they do not have to accept a cancellation.
Or, you can wait and one day after the item's last estimated date for delivery open a case for item not received. If you have to escalate on day 4 the seller gets a damaging defect on their account.

so basically i will have to wait for ebay to step in as i know the seller will not respond, i hope it doesn't get taken to the last estimated date as then thats another 3 days for seller to respond etc.
I just want my money back as i spent quite a bit, i would chargeback but then that would cause other complications,
I left a negative review stating to avoid the seller and now i cannot leave any feedback.. i had about 10 items and now it shows this.
Now its just a waiting game?

Yep, those are the rules you cannot open a case until one day after the item's last estimated date for delivery, and you can ask for a cancellation, just give the seller a little time to answer, but they do not have to accept.
Some sellers are just bad communicators and do not answer questions.
As said, they may just have 2 identical items, have sold them separately, and you still may receive your item.
If not you have to follow eBay's rules, as above to claim your full refund.
