cancelled order but they said it was on the way

i ordered books and was given the 22nd Oct as delivery date,  no tracking no was provided, ordered as a guest, no account with ebay attempted to cancel too be told the order would be delivered on the 23rd.  still waiting.

You need to open a "not received" case.  Here's how to as guest buyer:

Your eBay account was not used if you purchased as a guest,  please refer to @**peaseblossom**  link above as to how to proceed now,  to claim a full refund for an item not received.
