I a new to the forum so forgive me if it ramble on.
I recemtly purchased and item that was over £500. The seller messaged saying the the item has been dispatched with a tracking number. I tried tracking but i had a messaged saying that it is to early to track. A few days later i receive another message saying that the atiem had been transfered to a courier in Germany and was on its way to me. I left it for a few days to allow the delivery to arrive, but when i received the next message saying that the item has been delivered i was shocked as it had clearly not been delivered to my home. I raised a dispute and after a number of messages between the seller and i, they said that it was a mistake on their part and if i close the complaint down the item will be delivered. I did this and messaged back to find a responce of this seller is no longer registered on ebay. How do i get my money back?
