Scam by evri driver

Hi it’s Jass here I sell my luious Vuitton heels online on eBay . I packed in different package but the buyer received different package with same label she received charger instead of heels what’s going on . Now they asking for refund . I know she is right but it’s not my fault too . I think it was changed by evri  delivery guy plss someone help me

Have you contacted eBay's Customer Service regarding the problem as your Buyer purchased the item & paid Buyers fees?  

You also want to mention the Negative feedback you received from this Buyer.

Unless this was posted using Simple Delivery,  the money back guarantee puts the onus on the seller to refund and then deal with the courier. 

The buyer protection fee does not give the buyer protection here, the money back guarantee does.

Buyer said she received this box as u can see someone remove the scanner
one from my parcel and put on this one u can clearly seee on box . May be
this buyer is fraud she does this . Why always seller has to suffer . EBay
protection is only for buyer what about seller nothing for them . Not
impressed if I lost my money this time am never ever going to use eBay
again
