Refusing refund

I sell myself on ebay but not sure what will happen now i have a customer / buyer issue myself - A business seller if refusing to accept a valid return - ebay's own return label was under weight so had to contact them they said they would message the seller to request a valid return label - its been a few days now and no label or messages what happens now if i contact ebay again - tried reasoning with the seller but basically said go away, insults etc  they are adamant that they wont accept a return even though it falls under uk distance selling regs

Ask Ebay to step in.

Probably best to get a callback and explain you have received a label from the seller via Ebay but it didn't cover the weight.
