Refund not received

Hi received fly boots sent back the same day without a postage label. 

I haven't received  refund.

Sorry,  what do you mean without a postage label?

What was the reason for the return?  If they were faulty,  the seller here pays for that return postage label

If returned for the reason ' does not fit'  or ' change of mind'  you pay for that label, and need to enter the tracking number into the case details.

Once the seller receives their item,  they have 48 hours to refund you through those case details.  If they don't,  you must escalate the case,  eBay step in and force a refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may make,  and do not forget to escalate.

Hi.
Thanks for replying. The item didn't fit so I returned it on the same day,
but I didn't realise that I needed to formally raise the return through
eBay first (I just posted it back and paid for the postage myself).
This was on 3rd Feb but I haven't had a refund or any contact from the
seller. I put a label in with the order number and reason for return. And I
have proof of postage.
Now that I've pressed on return item on eBay, it says to pay for postage
label but I don't want to do that as I've already posted them.
I'm not sure what to do now.

You have left it too long to do anything through Ebay.

Apart from the fact that you no longer have the boots to return, you have to start a return with 30 days of receipt.

If you can prove delivery back to the seller (not just proof of posting) you could contact the seller, give them tracking details, and ask for a refund.
