Received a full refund and the item was returned also.

I returned a large item that was not as discribed.After two attempts were made to deliver the item back to the seller I received my full refund.Tracking stated the item would be held at the parcel force depo and a note was left for seller.

Three weeks later the item was returned to me ( the buyer).

I was refunded and now have the item as well.

Seller probably wasn’t bothered retrieving it or they were off sick or on holiday or something

I would message the seller (only once).

Tell them the item has been redelivered to you after unsuccessful attempts by Parcelforce to return it to them.

Say that if they want the item back you will send it again - they will have to provide a new label but I think they can buy one from Parcelforce.

Give them a date to respond by and state that, if you don't hear from them by that date, you will feel free to dispose of the item.

You are probably not obliged to do this but that is what I would do.
