Problem seller

How do i get in contact with some one that works at ebay the automated assistant wont help

 

iv bought an item it took 2 weeks to get here and its damaged iv returned it and the seller has called me a “tosser” over the phone and is refusing to give a refund claiming iv broken it im really in 2 minds to take this into my own hands

Problem seller

Have you started a return on ebay?  You can do that here:

select "Doesn't match description", enter the tracking number and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days. 

 

If you have any problems changing the tracking number from the one ebay will issue you should contact ebay and they will do it for you.   You can use callback on here:

Problem seller

Did you open a case via eBay or just returned it direct to the sellers address? 

 

If you opened a case then the seller and you both need to communicatE via the opened case. I would refrain from any " outside" contact.
