Beware!

I recently purchased a new Snooper My Speed Speed awareness  unit from an ebay seller.

The listing stated it came with free warranty and free lifetime updates for maps and speed cameras.

The problem with buying from ebay members is they are mostly not classed as authenticated sellers by

Snooper and therefor you do not qualify for any warranty or updates with them, unless you are happy to pay

£25 for the warranty and £75 per year for the yearly map updates.

I am not blaming the sellers on ebay but I would ask them if they are recognised by the makers as authentic

before buying from them, as you may have problems registering the item with the makers even with a new

unit.

As the seller you purchased from they will never be made an authenticated seller.
